2009 Officials Information

Officials Coordinator:  
Bob Hume is the officials coordinator  for the Peachtree Classic.  Please contact him at bhume@charter.net

Officials Meeting:  
Will be held Friday, March 13, 2009 at 9:00 PM at the ?. Officiating assignments and other tournament information will be covered at this meeting.  See DIRECTIONS for specific directions to the hotel.

Travel Arrangements:  
Please schedule your arrival time early enough to attend the Officials Meeting and your departure time late enough on Sunday to be able to officiate the entire day. Most play on Sunday will conclude by 4:00 PM.

Match Fees & Payment Method:  
Match fee is $27 (National & Jr. Nationals $32) , $15 for one-game tie-breakers.   Each referee will also be given $15 per day of officiating per diem to cover some food. Payments will be made on site the last day of the event after you have completed your assignments.  If you cannot stay to receive your check, one will be mailed to you within 7 business days after you report your matches to the coordinator.

Hotel Information:  
Hotels are provided for out-of-town officials.  Notify coordinator of need for a room.  Officials will share a room with a maximum of one other person.
